About the Role
Our product team works together across the US and UK offices to build and maintain the data, platform, and analytical tools used by our colleagues to deliver impactful insights for our clients. We maintain a strong learning culture where everyone is expected to not only do their work but help others learn more and grow in their roles and careers. 

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing of new features and ensure software quality
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs for timely resolution
  • Collaborate with engineering and PMO teams to ensure accurate feature implementation
  • Communicate findings and suggestions clearly across teams
  • Analyse test results and user feedback to improve system performance and experience
  • Contribute to system enhancements and overall product quality
  • Build understanding of tools, systems, and stakeholder solutions through training and hands-on experience
  • Provide user support related to platform data and availability

General Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Support colleagues and clients in resolving product-related issues
  • Contribute to and help lead product training and user enablement sessions
  • Engage in data pipeline monitoring and quality assurance processes
  • Offer input on product design, including small improvements and major features
  • Support product marketing by communicating product value and use cases
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and grow collectively
  • Show initiative and work independently on problem-solving tasks
  • Help foster a learning-driven, collaborative, and supportive work culture
About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-centric mindset and a passion for exceeding user expectations
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A natural curiosity and desire to learn about stakeholder solution
