About the Role
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing and enhancing hybrid project management practices (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Own successful project delivery through rigorous planning, coordination, and execution
  • Lead prioritisation and roadmap development with input from cross-functional teams
  • Track project progress using metrics, dashboards, and other reporting tools
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Identify and resolve constraints, blockers, and risks early in the delivery process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery methods and team collaboration

General Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective project tracking and cost reporting to support transparency
  • Act as the key connector between product vision and technical execution
  • Maintain clear documentation and workflows to support consistency across the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate across teams to align project goals, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Support knowledge sharing and best practice development across the team
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where technical teams thrive
  • Actively participate in internal process improvement initiatives

About You
Essential:
  • 3+ years experience managing technical delivery projects, including the full end to end SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Strong organisational and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management techniques
  • Experience with our project management toolset, or equivalent tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Desirable:
  • Certification is a plus (Prince 2, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master)
  • Prior experience as a developer, business analyst, or product owner
  • Familiarity with Moqups or similar design tools
  • University-level education in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
