About the Role
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Play a role on a number of accounts and projects – assisting teams to deliver on goals, objectives and needs of clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ core sectors in order to support and execute successful campaigns, using strategic messaging and effective tactics.
  • Contribute to and cultivate business development opportunities.
  • Assist in targeted marketing of the company to corporate audiences.

General Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships.

  • Execute tasks for account team leads and senior management.

  • Support and / or supervise interns and assist in their development during their time with Penta.

  • Maintain an awareness of current affairs and external developments, relevant to Penta business, and client objectives.

  • Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts within political / media / analyst communities, relevant to Penta business and client objectives.

  • Contribute to innovative proposals and participate in delivering pitches and strategic presentations.

  • Be a proactive member of the Penta team and be part of creating a happy and supportive working environment, including encouraging Associates and interns to be proactive members of the team.

  • Effectively manage workload across all clients communicating upwards and downwards.

  • Complete timesheets and all other reporting and administrative responsibilities in an accurate and timely fashion.

  • Perform all duties assigned to you by your account team lead and or supervisor, and for which you have been provided with reasonable knowledge and training in respect of such responsibilities.

About You
You will ideally have worked in a similar industry and/or role and are willing to diligently develop your skills in this area. You will receive in-house training, but to thrive at Penta, in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, you should have the ambition and grit to succeed and should demonstrate the following:
